📋 Description

  • Meet with client contacts (C-Suite, VPs, execs) to demo solutions and set a timeline.
  • Partner with CXM, Onboarding, Systems, Payroll, and HRBPs on Time & Attendance and PTO integrations.
  • Serve as primary knowledge resource post-implementation; triage CXM/Payroll questions.
  • Lead internal and external trainings and maintain/update the knowledge base.
  • Create and maintain resource materials, SOPs, and Knowledge Articles.
  • Execute renewals and maintain operations in Sequoia’s Benefits Administration systems.

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent client service mindset and relationship skills.
  • Ability to lead trainings for employees, managers, and admins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CXM, HRBP, Payroll).
  • Detail-oriented with data requirements and training schedules.
