- Partner with CXM, Onboarding, Systems, Payroll, and HRBPs on Time & Attendance and PTO integrations.
- Serve as primary knowledge resource post-implementation; triage CXM/Payroll questions.
- Lead internal and external trainings and maintain/update the knowledge base.
- Create and maintain resource materials, SOPs, and Knowledge Articles.
- Execute renewals and maintain operations in Sequoia’s Benefits Administration systems.
