  • End-to-end post-sale campaign management: deals, activation, optimization, renewal.
  • Deal setup, campaign launches, pacing, troubleshooting, ongoing optimization.
  • Performance analysis and data-driven recommendations to drive KPIs and revenue.
  • Weekly/monthly reporting, QBRs, and inventory performance analysis.
  • Hands-on DSP trading and optimization across DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP.
  • Cross-functional execution with Sales, Strategy, Addressability, and Deal Desk.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years in Programmatic Trading, Client Services, or AD Tech.
  • Hands-on experience with major DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying/selling, pricing models, and optimization strategies.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze campaign performance data.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI (preferred).
  • Fluency in English; additional European language a plus.
