- Deal setup, campaign launches, pacing, troubleshooting, ongoing optimization.
- Performance analysis and data-driven recommendations to drive KPIs and revenue.
- Weekly/monthly reporting, QBRs, and inventory performance analysis.
- Hands-on DSP trading and optimization across DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP.
- Cross-functional execution with Sales, Strategy, Addressability, and Deal Desk.
π― Requirements
- 1-3 years in Programmatic Trading, Client Services, or AD Tech.
- Hands-on experience with major DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of programmatic buying/selling, pricing models, and optimization strategies.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze campaign performance data.
- Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI (preferred).
- Fluency in English; additional European language a plus.
