- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage client accounts effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; manage programs effectively and deliver clear performance updates.
