  • Serve as the primary client contact, building relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Partner with Campaign Managers and Ad Ops to translate client goals into campaigns and execution.

  • Provide clear, actionable updates on pacing, performance, and optimizations to maximize ROI.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising.
  • Familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta) and analytics platforms (GA, IAS, DoubleClick).
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage client accounts effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; manage programs effectively and deliver clear performance updates.
