- Act as the main contact for a portfolio of Embedded Banking Clients across disciplines.
- Manage delivery of new products & solutions for Embedded Banking Clients.
- Track key strategic priorities and projects for Clients & ClearBank.
- Liaise with Sales, Product, Finance to align client/ClearBank requirements.
- Ensure delivery of services against quality and performance standards.
- Ensure prompt handling of client inquiries and resolve escalated issues.

- Knowledge of embedded banking products and industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
- Excellent client and senior stakeholder relationship management.
