- Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and delivery documentation.
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
- Prepare and contribute to customer and internal status communications.
- Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups across cross-functional teams.
- Support adherence to delivery processes, PMO standards, and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- Exposure to software delivery involving conversational AI or AI-enabled platforms.
- Basic understanding of AI, LLM, or NLU concepts and terminology.
- Familiarity with PM tools: Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or Salesforce.
- PMP, AI, or similar certification a plus.
- Ability to document AI-related requirements and risks.
- Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
