  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 6+ years of experience in project management or technically relevant occupation
  • Experience in call recording or telephony industry
  • Strong PM fundamentals: planning, communications management, and risk management
  • PMI Certification mandatory
  • Enterprise customer-facing project management experience
