Client Services Project Manager, Actimize

📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisor to NiCE’s customers and PM for designated accounts.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, data, config, validation, UAT, deployment.
• Plan budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver on time and within budget.
• Establish relationships with key client stakeholders and maintain communication.
• Create and present project status reports to management and customers.
• Align project objectives with company goals and drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years IT industry experience.
• 2+ years in upper-management roles, preferably program management.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of PM tools: MPP, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI.
• PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Excellent English communication; working knowledge of Banking & Finance domain.
