- Own end-to-end post-sale campaign management — from deal approval and activation through optimisation and renewal
- Set up, launch deals; manage pacing; troubleshoot; optimise performance

🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Programmatic Trading, Client Services, or Account Management within AdTech
- Hands-on experience with major DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or similar)
- Strong understanding of programmatic buying and selling, pricing models, and optimisation strategies
- Confidence analysing campaign performance data, with advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in Japanese
- Desirable: Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics/reporting tools
- Desirable: Experience working with agency and brand stakeholders in a client-facing environment
- Desirable: A proactive approach to process improvement and operational excellence
