  • Manage post-sale activity from deal approval to activation and renewal
  • Execute deal setup, launches, pacing checks, troubleshooting, and optimisation workflows
  • Provide proactive, strategic recommendations to exceed KPIs and unlock revenue
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting, QBR materials, inventory analysis, and insights
  • Build strong relationships with day-to-day agency contacts and traders
  • Participate in pre-sales calls, agency meetings, and industry events as needed

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Programmatic Trading or Client Services in AdTech
  • Hands-on with DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP or similar
  • Strong analytical skills; translate data into recommendations
  • Advanced Excel and campaign data analysis
  • Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI is a plus
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
