• Grow and coordinate a Home Health caseload via strong relationships.
• Support field staff and ensure high-quality client experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare/home health, Medicare, client services, or scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency, follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with technology and office systems; ability to work with clients and teams.
