Provide superior customer service and quality home care
Coordinate client services and scheduling issues
Manage your Client Services Manager caseload
Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
Monitor metrics to manage caseload and Medicare referrals

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree preferred; Associates at minimum
Experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus
Medical office or home care experience preferred
Supervisory experience a plus
Strong computer skills with electronic medical records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
