Provide superior customer service and quality home care
Coordinate client services and urgent scheduling issues
Manage your Client Services Manager caseload
Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community orgs
Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
Monitor metrics such as admissions, Medicare %, and referrals rejected by reason

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred; associates minimum
Medicare and OASIS knowledge a plus
Medical office or home care experience preferred
Prior supervisory experience a plus
Strong computer skills with EMR experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
