Provide superior customer service and quality home care
Coordinate client services and urgent scheduling issues
Manage your Client Services Manager caseload
Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community groups
Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
Monitor caseload metrics (admissions, Medicare %, referrals rejected by reason, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree preferred; Associates minimum.
Medicare and OASIS knowledge/experience a plus.
Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
Prior supervisory experience a plus.
Demonstrated record of increased responsibility/goal achievement.
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
