Provide superior customer service and quality home health care
Coordinate client services and emergent scheduling issues
Manage your Client Services Manager caseload and proactively grow it
Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
Monitor caseload metrics (admissions, Medicare %, referrals metrics)

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Medicare and OASIS knowledge a plus
Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
Prior supervisory experience a plus
Strong computer skills with electronic medical records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
