Provide superior customer service and quality home health care
Coordinate client services and resolve scheduling issues
Manage your caseload and proactively grow it
Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
Monitor metrics (admissions, % Medicare, referrals rejected by reason, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Prior Medicare and OASIS knowledge a plus
Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
Prior supervisory experience a plus
Demonstrated record of increased responsibility (goal achievement)
Strong computer skills with electronic medical record (EMR)
