  • Develop and grow caseload by building long-term relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
  • Handle service inquiries, establish service agreements, and coordinate authorizations and payor details with clients, internal teams, and clinical partners.
  • Recruit and onboard field staff; participate in recruitment planning and interviewing.
  • Schedule field staff, coordinate services, manage call-outs, and ensure reliable coverage.
  • Follow up with clients, families, and employees on service, scheduling, and billing questions.
  • Document incidents and key interactions; follow through on needed next steps.

🎯 Requirements

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent health care experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of goals achieved.
  • History of increasing responsibility with positive results and growth.
  • Prior supervisory experience highly desired.
  • Home care, health care, recruiting, staffing experience preferred.
  • Basic PC proficiency and strong written and verbal English communication.
