- Recruit and onboard field staff; participate in recruitment planning and interviewing.
- Schedule field staff, coordinate services, manage call-outs, and ensure reliable coverage.
- Follow up with clients, families, and employees on service, scheduling, and billing questions.
- Document incidents and key interactions; follow through on needed next steps.
π― Requirements
- Four-year college degree or equivalent health care experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of goals achieved.
- History of increasing responsibility with positive results and growth.
- Prior supervisory experience highly desired.
- Home care, health care, recruiting, staffing experience preferred.
- Basic PC proficiency and strong written and verbal English communication.
