- Support referrals, intakes, service conversion, and ongoing case management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and use systems to manage client data.
- Identify best practices; coach teammates and support training.

- Strong judgment, professionalism, and service commitment.
- Organized under pressure; clear communication; balance needs.
- Experience growing/managing a caseload; min 1 year.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Home care, health care, or recruiting experience a plus.
