- Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare experience preferred
- Growth and entrepreneurial mindset
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Demonstrated record of increased responsibility and goal achievement
- Strong computer skills with electronic medical records
