📋 Description

  • Provide superior customer service and quality home care
  • Manage coordination of client services and scheduling issues
  • Manage caseload and proactively grow it
  • Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community orgs
  • Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
  • Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare preferred
  • Has a growth and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience a plus
  • Strong computer skills with electronic medical records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
