Client Services Manager, Home Care

📋 Description

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Coordinate client services and scheduling issues
• Grow caseload while proactively managing it
• Build relationships with clients, referrals, payors and community
• Develop strong relationships with the team
• Monitor metrics for fiscal management of caseload

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree is required
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Demonstrated record of increased responsibility (goal achievement)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills; electronic medical record
