- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience
- Supervisor role with 4+ years of management experience
- 5+ years in customer service; tech industry preferred
- Experience with Zendesk or Jira ticketing
- Experience with CRM software, HubSpot preferred
- Ability to set clear expectations for direct reports
