📋 Description

  • Manage a caseload of Assistive Care clients and ensure schedules are filled.
  • Coordinate staffing and scheduling for personal care and companion services.
  • Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers to understand needs.
  • Monitor open shifts and coverage gaps to prevent interruptions.
  • Collaborate with clinical manager and director to grow and sustain caseload.
  • Promote assistive care services to help clients remain at home.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years in customer service, staffing, scheduling, or coordination.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort with computers and learning new scheduling and reporting systems.
  • Alignment with BAYADA Way and helping clients, families, and caregivers.
