Provide superior customer service and quality home care
Coordinate client services and emergent scheduling issues
Manage your caseload and grow it through internal and external marketing
Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise field employees
Handle weekly payroll processing

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree is highly preferred
Prior healthcare experience preferred
Prior supervisory experience a plus
Demonstrated record of increased responsibility (goal achievement)
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
Strong computer skills, including electronic medical records
