📋 Description

• Lead client relationships and grow the book of business.
• Collaborate with recruiters to fulfill open orders.
• Prospect weekly to generate new job orders.
• Plan and deliver projects with stakeholders and leaders.
• Log activity in Bullhorn and maintain notes for accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in recruiting or business development preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Bullhorn or other CRM/ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple client orders and priorities.
• Collaborative, coordinating with recruiters and stakeholders.
