📋 Description

  • Grow and develop relationships with clients and senior accounting & financial leaders.
  • Conduct outreach to area business leaders by phone, email, in-person meetings.
  • Work with recruitment to fulfill projects in audit, FP&A, M&A, taxation, and more.
  • Monitor market and hiring trends (expansions, M&A, relocations).
  • Establish and conduct client visits by activity goals.
  • Develop and maintain a target account list.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; CPA/CFA/MBA or related designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting/financial consulting and/or audit.
  • Public Accounting and/or Big Four experience highly preferred.
