- Manage client services coordination and emergent scheduling issues
- Maintain and grow your Client Services Coordinator caseload
- Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community
- Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
- Monitor metrics and client authorizations to support fiscal management
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor degree is required
- At least 1 year of I/DD experience (preferred)
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Demonstrated record of increased responsibility (goal achievement)
- Strong computer skills; experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
