Brand Ambassador for the company; provide warm hospitality for clients
Lead training and onboarding for new Client Services hires
Coordinate creation and management of daily client services reference materials
Ensure front of house setup, collateral, signage meet standards
Liaise with Logistics, Security, Facilities, Special Events, Marketing, IT
Assist clients with inquiries using knowledge of calendars, departments, and staff

🎯 Requirements

2+ years relevant professional experience
Hospitality-driven industry experience preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Process driven; multitask and prioritize under pressure
MS Office and Google Suite; SAP/Salesforce/Freshdesk a plus
General knowledge of art history/market; foreign languages a plus

🎁 Benefits

Base salary: $45,000-$50,000 plus discretionary bonus
