- Manage end-to-end PMP deal setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Ad Solutions to execute deals within SLAs.
- Generate, analyze, and interpret performance reports to derive insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
- Leverage PubMatic Analytics, AI-powered insights, and internal tools to monitor deal health and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, troubleshooting playbooks, and escalation frameworks for operational excellence.
- Maintain updates across Salesforce, JIRA, and internal workflow tools.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 1-3 years of Ad Operations experience in digital display.
- Hands-on PMP deals management in SSPs/programmatic platforms.
- Strong understanding of the ad serving ecosystem and campaign lifecycle.
- Experience with complex datasets to track performance and root causes.
- Familiarity with AI-powered analytics, automation, and optimization techniques.
- BCA/B.Tech/B.E./MCA degree or equivalent.
