📋 Description

  • Provide superior customer service and quality home care
  • Coordinate client services and scheduling issues
  • Manage caseload and proactively grow it
  • Build relationships with clients, referral sources and payors
  • Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
  • Monitor caseload metrics such as admissions and Medicare referrals
  • Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise field staff

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Medicare and OASIS knowledge a plus
  • Medical office or home care experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience a plus
  • Demonstrated record of expanding responsibilities
  • Ambition to grow and advance
  • Strong computer skills; EMR proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
