🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
- Medicare and OASIS knowledge a plus
- Medical office or home care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Demonstrated record of expanding responsibilities
- Ambition to grow and advance
- Strong computer skills; EMR proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
