🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college required.
- Preferred: WCCA, WCCP, CPWC-IND, ARM, CPCU, Self-Insured; valid US driver's license.
- 3+ years CA workers’ compensation claim handling or customer service.
- Able to read/write simple instructions and present information to customers.
- Basic math; able to solve practical problems.
- Strong workers’ compensation industry knowledge.
