📋 Description

  • Resolve customer issues; liaise with internal teams; follow up to resolution.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college required.
  • Preferred: WCCA, WCCP, CPWC-IND, ARM, CPCU, Self-Insured; valid US driver's license.
  • 3+ years CA workers’ compensation claim handling or customer service.
  • Able to read/write simple instructions and present information to customers.
  • Basic math; able to solve practical problems.
  • Strong workers’ compensation industry knowledge.
