📋 Description

• Greet clients; manage check-in/check-out
• Answer and triage phone calls with a multi-line system
• Schedule appointments with the clinical team
• Process payments and invoicing
• Monitor patient flow; maintain lobby
• Coordinate with doctors, techs, and managers

🎯 Requirements

• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Veterinary/medical front-desk experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Windows and practice management software
