📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • High School diploma with one year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, collaboration, friendly and results oriented.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement on matters of significance.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work with various personalities including clients and coworkers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook 365, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to learn, understand and use company and department systems.
