Client Service Project Manager

📋 Description

• Main contact for day-to-day client relations and service delivery.
• Lead a team of Associates to fulfill research and due-diligence requests.
• Match clients with Advisors and guide project scope.
• Train Associates on sourcing, recruiting, and screening Advisors.
• Collaborate with BD to optimize client use of Guidepoint services.
• Work with other Project Managers to share industry insights for projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-4 years client-facing or account management experience
• Experience managing a team
• Work authorization required
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
