Client Service Associate

📋 Description

• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint network and engage them for client consultations
• Independently conduct targeted research across LinkedIn, press releases, and company sites to identify experts
• Lead cold outreach and vetting calls to assess experts' fit for client projects
• Define sourcing strategies per client request based on scope and urgency
• Manage multiple client requests with deadlines and high-quality execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3.0 GPA or higher
• Previous internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience
• AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools for research and communication
• Use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully, with accuracy, confidentiality, and data quality
• Curiosity about emerging technology and willingness to build new skills
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
