Client Service Associate

📋 Description

• Recruit experts into Guidepoint’s network for client consultations
• Conduct targeted research to identify relevant subject-matter experts
• Support client requests across healthcare, industry, AI, tech, science
• Break down client questions into expert profiles and screening criteria
• Lead cold outreach and vetting to evaluate fit for projects
• Define sourcing strategies based on project scope and urgency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3.0 GPA or higher
• Internship, volunteer, research, or extracurricular experience
• Interest in corporate research, AI, healthcare, tech, science, or market research
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar subjects and evaluate sources
• Experience in analytical/scientific/technical fields preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools for research and communication
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly with confidentiality and data quality
• Curiosity about emerging technology and willingness to learn new tools
