Client Service Associate

📋 Description

• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint's network for client consultations.
• Independently research LinkedIn, press releases, and company sites.
• Lead cold outreach, vetting, and screening to evaluate fit for client projects.
• Define sourcing strategies for each client request by project scope and urgency.
• Manage multiple client requests with tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Hybrid work schedule with three days in the office.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Previous relevant internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable calling senior professionals.
• Resourceful, curious, and a continuous learner.
