🎯 Requirements

- Experience with smaller banks/credit unions in retail banking.
- Strong strategic account planning and revenue growth skills.
- Excellent executive communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
