📋 Description

  • Own and manage relationships with assigned banks and credit unions.
  • Define and execute long-term account strategy to drive growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Consulting.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with executives, presenting ROI.
  • Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities using adoption insights.
  • Align on customer goals and success metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in SaaS/fintech BD or lead gen with targets.
  • Experience selling loan origination software and digital lending.
  • Experience with smaller banks/credit unions in retail banking.
  • Strong strategic account planning and revenue growth skills.
  • Excellent executive communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
