  • Own post-sale lifecycle for IMB customers: renewals, expansions, growth.
  • Lead renewal process for IMB accounts; coordinate internal stakeholders for timely renewals.
  • Build executive relationships across IMB leadership (Ops, Tech, Digital, Lending).
  • Provide strategic recommendations aligning Blend with IMB priorities (experience, efficiency).
  • Develop and execute account strategies to increase adoption across Blend products.
  • Identify and close upsell/cross-sell within IMB accounts by aligning products to needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of strategic SaaS sales, account management, or customer expansion (finance/mortgage tech preferred).
  • Proven success growing enterprise or mid-market IMB relationships.
  • Strong familiarity with IMB operating models, LOS ecosystems, and digital lending workflows.
  • Exceptional communication; proven ability to engage C-suite executives.
  • Highly consultative with strong listening and a customer-first mindset.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time.
