📋 Description

  • Foster exceptional experiences for Enterprise/SMB customers.
  • Track and monitor sales activity using internal tools.
  • Work closely with the sales team on complex opportunities.
  • Proactively assess client and provider needs, identifying challenges and growth opportunities.
  • Resolve contract, billing, and installation issues; seek solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in B2B sales support, account management, or order coordination.
  • Experience with complex order management: quoting, contracts, and orders.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university or equivalent telecom experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • AT&T Systems experience is an asset.
  • Telecommunications lifecycle knowledge from implementation to renewal.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, client services, and time management.
  • Self-motivated with ability to perform in a non-structured environment.
