  • Proven success scaling professional or peer-learning communities.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills; comfortable with senior professionals.
  • Experience with community platforms: Circle, Mighty Networks, Hivebrite, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; detail-oriented.
  • Strategic thinker; translate insights into engagement and content opportunities.
  • Bonus: familiarity with AI, legal ops, and business transformation.
