- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills; comfortable with senior professionals.
- Experience with community platforms: Circle, Mighty Networks, Hivebrite, etc.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; detail-oriented.
- Strategic thinker; translate insights into engagement and content opportunities.
- Bonus: familiarity with AI, legal ops, and business transformation.
