Client Relationship Consultant II

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional sales and service while supporting daily branch operations.
• Train, mentor, and coach new team members.
• Build client relationships and a consumer lending pipeline; refer to partners.
• Conduct outbound calls and joint client appointments with the Branch Manager.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and recommend banking products and digital tools.
• Open new accounts; maintain existing accounts; ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in banking, client relationship consulting, or similar sales role with goals.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Intermediate knowledge of retail banking products, policies, systems, and complex accounts.
• Ability to review credit data and identify needs; consultative selling and cross-selling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; multi-task; proficient in Outlook/Word.
