Client Relationship Consultant II

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional sales and service at the branch.
• Train, mentor, and coach new team members.
• Build client and community partner relationships to grow lending.
• Conduct outbound calls and joint client appointments with the Branch Manager.
• Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend banking products.
• Open and service accounts while ensuring compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in banking or related sales role with goals.
• Equivalent education/experience may substitute for a degree.
• Knowledge of retail banking products, policies, and accounts.
• Ability to review credit data and identify client needs.
• Proficient with Outlook and Word; strong communication.
