🎯 Requirements

- 2+ years as banker/relationship consultant or similar sales role with goals.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- Intermediate knowledge of retail banking products, policies, systems, and account types.
- Ability to review client credit data and financial information to identify needs.
- Proficient in consultative selling, cross-selling, and building referral networks; strong communication.
