Balance cash drawer with precise currency and coin handling.
Consult with clients to understand needs and offer banking products and digital tools.
Identify opportunities to expand relationships and refer to banking partners.
Proactively educate clients, resolve concerns, strengthen loyalty, and gather feedback.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Entry-level banking or sales experience with goals required.
Equivalent education or experience may be considered.
