Engage clients with exceptional service across sales and service activities
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions accurately
Balance cash drawer and handle currency/coins
Consult with clients to understand needs and introduce banking products and digital tools
Identify opportunities to expand relationships and refer to partners
Open new accounts, maintain accounts, and ensure compliance

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
Entry-level teller, banking, or sales experience with goals (Required)
Equivalent education and experience considered
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of retail banking products, policies, and systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
