  • Develop and manage client relationships; build pipeline via proactive research and Market Intel.
  • Lead targeted project pursuits; align client needs with TEECOM's solutions.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand TEECOM's service offering.
  • Actively participate in Leadership Team meetings; drive growth initiatives.
  • Develop annual client relations and sales strategy with Leadership Team.
  • Gather market insights and identify client and channel partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Engineering.
  • 15+ years in sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Established AEC industry network preferred.
  • Knowledge of procurement: RFPs/RFQs, proposals, and bidding to award.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Self-motivated, ethical, autonomous; strong networking skills.
