🎯 Requirements

8+ years in SaaS program management and client success
Manage multiple enterprise programs
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience with Wrike, Jira, Confluence, SFDC, and CRM tools
Travel 10%+; ability to work hybrid from Calgary
Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred; PMP a plus
