  • Manage, maintain and assist our portfolio of clients with top-level service.
  • Service a portfolio of clients through FX hedging and cash management.
  • Execute FX trades (SPOT, FWD) with liquidity providers on trading platforms and Bloomberg.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming requests by phone and email.
  • Understand processes across Screening, Operations, Reconciliation, Compliance and Treasury.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • 1 year FX industry experience beneficial.
  • Interest and knowledge of financial markets.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Degree in economics, business studies or finance preferred.
  • Strong mathematical understanding.
  • Able to work under pressure with accuracy.
  • Fast learner with attention to detail.
  • Positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and phone manner.
