  • Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and onboarding corporate clients through research and outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients; understand objectives and FX needs.
  • Manage a corporate client portfolio; execute FX hedging, lending, payments and cash management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to originate deals and tailor solutions.
  • Know competitors' capabilities and position Ebury's solutions.
  • Deliver KPIs: grow revenue, reduce churn, upsell and cross-sell.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Strong financial services sales/relationship management experience; network a plus.
  • Experience in FX institutions or banks, or selling financial instruments to SMEs/corporate clients.
  • Solid understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Academic background in Business or Finance is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills; able to win commitment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and strong business-level English.
