📋 Description

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients; execute FX hedging, lending, and payments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to originate new business; tailor solutions.
  • Understand competition to position Ebury’s Banking solutions.
  • Deliver KPIs: revenue growth, churn reduction, and upselling.
  • Build strong client relationships; present ideas and updates.
  • Originate new business via networking with existing clients.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong Financial Services sales/relationship experience; established network is a plus.
  • Experience in FX institutions or banks, or selling financial instruments to SMEs.
  • Solid understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and strong English.
  • Exceptional communication skills; able to win commitment.
  • Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new opportunities (upselling, cross-selling).
